MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase! We trust that you will enjoy your SOFFC-CR Merchandise.

For questions or assistance regarding your product or order, please email merchandise@soffc.org.

Product Returns are only available for misprinted/damaged/defective items. Any claims must be submitted within (15) days after the product has been received. Since these products are special ordered with the SOFFC logo on them, they cannot be returned to our vendor due to incorrect sizing or change of mind.

RETURNS

All misprinted/damaged/defective items returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

All items will be inspected for return or exchange.

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at merchandise@soffc.org. (Photos of the defective or damaged items will be required)

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email us at merchandise@soffc.org for Return Merchandise Authorization. After receiving authorization/RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase.

If you live in the Cedar Rapids area, then please do the following:

  • Bring your return item to the Spirit of Faith Bookstore at:

For customers who do not live in the local area, please mail your return to the following address:

  • Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your replacement order. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.

We will notify you by email when your return has been processed and a new order has been placed.
